Typical furnace replacement includes removal and disposal of the old furnace, sheet metal required to adapt to the new furnace, new flue from furnace to the existing riser, reconnect to the existing electrical circuit, reconnect to the existing gas supply, combustion air as required, permit and programmable thermostat. Our labor warranty for new equipment is 1 year, we provide same day service during this time.
