Lazy Lizards Yoga Mat features 12 different images of animals doing the
Yoga poses that are named after them.
These fun pictures are printed in bright colors directly on the mat. This
mat can be used as a guide through the series of 12 poses or as a reminder
on how to do an individual pose.
Children can use it at home on their own
or along with their favorite yoga video.
