Butterfly Pose – Sit on your mat with the bottoms of your feet pressed together and knees out to the side. Imagine that your legs are colorful wings. Slowly flap your legs like the gentle movement of a butterfly.

Sea Turtle Pose – Sit on your mat, legs out in front of you, hip distance apart. Inhale and bend your knees, placing the bottoms of your feet on the mat. Exhale and lean forward, resting your chest on your thighs. Place your hands on the mat out in front of you. Slowly glide your arms around your body until they are behind you. Imagine that your hands are pressing the water back, gliding you through the ocean.

Lazy Lizard Pose (Relaxation Pose) – Lie down on
your back with your body in a straight line with arms at your side. Close
your eyes and let all of your body relax. Let your feet flop out to the
side. Imagine that you are a lazy lizard, lounging
in the warm sun, about to fall asleep.
