Melissa Ramirez received her professional permanent cosmetics training in 2004 at the American Institute of Permanent Color Technology. Under the direction of Dr. Kristanne Matzek, Melissa has learned first-hand the very latest techniques in professional permanent cosmetics. She is a Certified Derma Technician and has been working under Dr. Lothar McMillian in the Rancho Family Practice for the past three years.
