I awoke in the middle of the night, Mary urging me to get up and paint her.  

I awoke one night, feeling the presence of Mary all around me. I heard her in my thoughts, telling me to get up and paint her. I could feel the presence of her pose, her energy. I lost track of time as I indulged paint onto canvas, feeling her strength, unconditional love and compassion. 

Mary reminds me to cultivate greater unconditional love and compassion for myself. She wants each of us to do this. As each individual does this, there will be a greater _expression of love and compassion on this planet. And that is how we will learn to create world peace.
